Rafael Enzler, partner at gutundgut along with Barbara Haller Rupf, haller-tournet llc,
was commissioned by Swisscontact to build a training concept for local guides in Morocco. The aim is to strengthen the tourism skills of stakeholders and professionals in the sector by developing new training and capacity building modules related to sustainable tourism and professions in the mountains. These new modules will be developed based on the results of the analysis of the existing programs, the training needs of the target actors and the needs of the priority visitor flows.
