On behalf of Helvetas, gutundgut established partnerships between Albanian and Swiss businesses participating in agritourism. The purpose of the partnerships was to progressively and sustainably professionalize existing tourism offers in Albania through knowledge transfer and personal exchange, ensuring a standard of service expected by international guests. Furthermore, the necessary skills for international marketing were jointly developed. The partnerships were structured as a team in order to cover the most important areas of successful business management such as product development, communication, distribution, operation.
